If a deck went wrong, saying which topic you used gets to the cause much faster than a screenshot alone.
Fixing a deck without waiting
Most complaints about a deck are faster to fix than to report. The AI assistant beside the canvas edits the deck you are looking at — ask it for shorter bullets, a different tone, an extra slide, and it rewrites in place. If the look is the problem rather than the words, “New palette” in the editor re-art-directs the whole deck.
Billing
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Settings has a billing link that opens the Stripe portal, where you can change a card, download invoices or cancel without asking anyone.
Security
If you find a vulnerability, please report it privately before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We will tell you when it is closed.
